When and where is Credit Week 2025?

 

Credit Week 2025 kicks off on Tuesday 01 July and ends on Thursday 3 July 2025.

 

The Credit Awards takes place on Wednesday 2 July.

Where is the closest train station?

 

The Celtic Manor Resort is ideally situated and just a short ride from Newport train station. Great Western Railway operate fast and frequent services into Newport station from London Paddington, Reading, Swindon, Bristol & Avon, Portsmouth Harbour, Southampton, Weymouth and South West Wales.

 

Connecting services also operate from the Cotswolds, Thames Valley, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall and the South West.

 

Where is the closest airport?

 

Cardiff Airport is the gateway to Wales, with over 50 direct destinations and more than 900 available with connections via hubs in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Dublin, Dusseldorf, Milan, Munich and Paris.

 

The Airport is located just 13 miles from J33 of the M4, just half an hour from Cardiff city centre, with good public transport links, taxi and hire car facilities. For more information on flights to and from Cardiff visit www.cardiff-airport.com

 

There is a dedicated helipad at the Resort. Arrivals and departures must be arranged via the resort Concierge on +44 (0) 1633 410 295. This service is complimentary for hotel residents and £150.00 per landing for non-hotel residents.


Can I park my car?

 

Absolutely! The Celtic Manor Resort has extensive parking facilities available to guests and visitors. There are around 1500 car parking spaces across the Resort.


Can I book accommodation?

 

Credit Strategy will secure preferential rates with the Celtic Manor Resort and their nearby partner hotels. Watch this space for more information.

Please note your ticket does not give you access to the Credit Awards. To book a table, please visit the Credit Awards booking page.


What does my pass include?

 

  • Access to the full three-day lineup of conferences during Credit Week.
  • Access to content from over 150 speakers, across 75 sessions
  • Exclusive networking app – designed to bring you a personalised agenda, searchable attendee list and messaging to fellow attendees as well as access to the meeting zone where the 1:1 meeting can be booked
  • Access to a dedicated working space (limited availability)
  • Full access to the exhibition
  • Post conference networking drinks and nibbles on Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Complimentary food and drink throughout the day
  • Access to Credit Week experiences, such as yoga spin classes, and jogging (limited availability)
  • Discounted hotel rate

Is there a deadline to register for Credit Week?

 

Once registration opens, delegates can register up to and throughout the show, we recommend securing your pass early to secure the best rate as prices increase the closer we get to the show.

 

Price increases happen automatically, and each price break is advertised on our website with a countdown, so you don’t miss out.

 

You’ll also be able to secure your Standard pass onsite at the registration and help desk. 


Can I buy a pass without providing delegate name details?

 

Yes, you can register passes without having to provide any details up until Midnight GMT Friday, 6 June 2025.

 

Once you have the details, you'll be able to update the registration along with any dietary requirements.

 

If you register yourself, please ensure you also assign the pass.


I can only attend for one day, can I transfer my pass to somebody else?

 

No, passes are non-transferable once printed but you are welcome to make changes before this.

 

It’s important to note our passes are valid for the full duration of the show, therefore we don’t offer day passes.


Do you offer group discounts?

 

We are able to offer a group discount when you are purchasing 3+ passes under one transaction. Our system will automatically detect the number of passes in your basket and apply the best applicable discount. The more passes you purchase as a group the better discount you will receive.

 

Note, our system does not allow combining multiple discounts and we are unable to apply discounts retroactively once the pass has been purchased.


I have received a unique individual discount, how can I apply this to my order?

 

If you have a unique discount code this can be added at the basket stage in the promotional code box which will update the final price to pay. If you need any assistance please contact our Commercial Team.

How do I register to attend a Premium Member Roundtable?

Do my colleagues who may not be PM get access to the Premium Member Lounge?

 

No, the exclusive lounge is for Premium Members and those in the Credit 500.

Credit Week App - Swoogo

 

 

What is the Credit Week App and how do I access it?

 

All registered delegates will gain access once it launches approximately two weeks prior to the show. Its quick and easy and we recommend you logon early to start planning your Credit Week experience!

 

The App gives you access to live agenda and our speakers, as well as access to our 121 meeting platform.  

 


Can I create a custom schedule?

 

Yes, you can bookmark sessions through the app, as well asbook1:1 meetings.


Can you share the full attendee list from the Credit Week App?

 

All registered delegates will be able to view and search the full attendee list in the App once launched.

 

Please note that due to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our internal policy states that we are unable to share or export, or disclose any delegate data or booking details, amongst other things, to individual sponsors and companies from this platform.


Will you share my personal data with third parties?

 

Credit Strategy owns all rights to the attendee list and does not sell the list to third parties. Your information is confidential and we process it responsibly. We will only share personal data with our selected partners and sponsors.


How can I receive Credit Week updates throughout the year?

 

If you wish to be on our mailing list, you can sign up for our newsletter and select the show(s) you’d like to hear about.

Accessing your pass and changes

 

 

I can no longer attend due to unforeseen circumstances. What are my options?

 

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to attend. All passes are non-refundable nor can they be transferred to another Credit Strategy event as per our Terms & Conditions, which are accepted at the time of placing an order.

 

However, your pass(es) may be transferred to another person. There isn’t a deadline for this so it allows you a bit of time to find a replacement as the change can be made right up until the last day of the show.

Struggling to access Swoogo and assign your passes?

 

Don't fret. We've compiled a handy how to guide to assist you assigning your attendees. You should have received an email from Credit Week Events with title "Action Required: Assign your passes.". 

 

You will need to click the link in the email to kickstart the process. The How To Guide outlines each of the necessary steps to complete your registration for both you and your guests. 

 

If the issue still persists, please contact the Events Team. 


My company has registered me for a pass but I am unable to locate it. Where is my pass?

 

If your pass was purchased by a colleague, the pass will show in their account even if it’s registered under your name. Please rest assured that this doesn’t affect your access as long as your pass has been fully registered with your details and it can remain under the original booking contact’s account.

 

If you are unsure whether a pass has been already purchased or registered on your behalf, please contact the Events Team for further assistance. 


I’d like to move an existing pass to an alternative account. How do I do this?

 

Our Events Team can help with this, please contact us with your request including the booking details and the original account holder’s details.


I have provided names to all my delegates attending. Will they receive an individual confirmation?

 

If the tickets have been assigned and are fully completed for each delegate, then they will receive a number of emails from our teams in the lead-up to the show, including relevant show information and top tips on how to make the most of their experience, as well as information on how to collect their pass onsite at the Registration desks, when they arrive at the venue.

 

If you do not assign the passes then the booker will receive information for all delegates.

 

If you have booked a ticket for yourself, please ensure you assign the pass to you.


Can I change the name of a delegate and is there a deadline?

 

Yes, you can make a name change. Please reach out to the Events Team and provide the details of the new delegate attending including their full name, company name and address, job title, phone number, and email address for us to register.

 

It is also possible to make a name change onsite at Badge Pick Up as long as the badge has not yet been printed / collected.

Sponsorship Passes

 

 

I am interested in sponsorship opportunities, where can I find details of options/pricing?

Please allow up to 2 working days for an Account Manager to contact you to discuss sponsorship packages.

We are confirmed sponsors, how do we register our allocated sponsor passes?

 

In order to access your sponsorship passes, and provide delegate details you'll need to login to Swoogo through your Swoogo Account.

 

If you cannot see the passes linked to the order under your account, it may be because you are not the booker. The booker is usually the primary logistics contact determined at the time of signing a sponsorship contract.  

We are unable to transfer the booking to another account, but we will be able to assist you with assigning your passes on your behalf.

How do I login and assign my attendee information?

I require assistance with logistics for our sponsorship, who can I contact?

 

If your query is relating to sponsor show logistics for confirmed sponsors please get in touch by emailing our Event Operations Team directly, who can deal with your request. 


We’d like to add additional passes to our sponsorship, can you send us an invoice?

 

If you’d like to purchase more delegate passes in addition to your already allocated sponsor passes, you can do so by contacting the Commercial Team.

 

If you are purchasing individual passes for your clients you can use your unique sponsor discount, if you are unsure what this is please reach out to the Commercial Team and we will be able to provide it if applicable.

What currency do you accept and what are the accepted payment methods?

 

All payments must be made in GBP (£). We do not accept any other currency. Our system is set up so you can make your pass purchase online by using all of the below-mentioned methods. Note we are unable to accept payments any other way.

I’d like to purchase my pass by making an invoice payment, how do I do this?

 

On the checkout page you will be given the option to book by credit card or invoice. Once you select invoice, you’ll be able to add a PO number.

 

If you have any queries please feel free to contact our Commercial Team. Invoices need to be paid upon receipt of request.

 

By completing checkout via invoice you are entering a binding contract by which you are required to make payment in full. To find out more see our T&Cs


Do you charge VAT on delegate passes?

 

Yes, all passes are subject to 20% UK VAT.


I require an update to my invoice details, how can I do this?

 

Absolutely, we can assist you with any updates to do with the company name, company address, and name changes. Please get in touch with our Commercial Team including your booking order number and details of your request.

 

Note, once an invoice has been created we are unable to decrease the value or remove delegate passes as per our T&Cs.

Credit Awards

 

 

I am attending the Credit Awards, is this at Credit Week?

 

The Credit Awards will be taking place at Credit Week on Wednesday 02 July at the Celtic Manor. Please visit Credit Awards for more information. 

 

Your Credit Week Pass does not give you access to the Credit Awards. If you wish to attend Credit Awards, please contact the Commercial Team. 


Do I need to provide full info for my guests?

 

Yes. This is to tailor the event to your guest’s needs.

 

This includes accommodating, dietary/accessibility requirements, sharing personalised e-ticket emails and texting the table number to your guests ahead of the event. 


How do I do this?

 

After booking your tickets or tables, you will receive an email asking you to assign your passes through our registration system, Swoogo.

Will I receive an e-ticket?

 

E-ticket emails will be sent out 2 weeks prior, 1 week and on the day of the event.

 

There will also be a Credit Awards registration desk located in the Networking Zone for you to collect your wristband for fast-track entry to the awards.

Garden Party

 

 

I am attending the Garden Party, is this at Credit Week?

 

Kickstart Credit Week at the summer garden party. Network and unwind with drinks and canapés.

How do I register?

 

Register your attendance through the Swoogo registration platform, as part of the registration process to secure your place, failure to do so may mean your access is denied as space is limited.


Wristbands and access

 

Those registered will receive a garden party wristband at registration, which will need to be worn for fast-track access to the Garden Party.

Dietary Requirements

 

At Credit Week, want to ensure that we are catering to you as best as possible. Please ensure that you add in your dietary booking requirements at the time of your booking registration. You will see a designated field for this when registering your pass. If you did not book your own pass, please contact the Events Team with your dietary requirements, and we will add this in for you. 

 

You will not be able to bring food into the venue but not to worry, your pass includes complimentary food and drink throughout the day at the venue (this does not include Leadership Summer Dinner and Credit Awards). 

 

 

NOTE: Deadline for all dietary information is COB 02 June to ensure we can cater for any, and all severe dietary information. Anything received thereafter will be dealt with on a case-by-casebasis,ifpossible, with the venue.
