Formed in 2016, Conexus Recovery & Field Services delivers a bespoke debt recovery collections services for each of our clients throughout the UK and Ireland, with our call centre operating from our modern designed
centre in Northern Ireland.
Our doorstep services covers all of the UK mainland and Ireland, with our doorstep team cover just over 3,800 visits weekly from our office based in Bolton UK.
We work with our clients to provide a bespoke solution that match their business needs. At Conexus Recovery we operate as an extension to our clients business. All our staff have many years’ experience working within both non-regulated, regulated and compliant business industry.

Conexus Recovery provides a Deceased Account Management service for our clients. Conexus are a leading supplier of deceased account management and have recruited highly trained and experienced professionals to manage our deceased accounts process.
Within our call centre we use a dialler system, complemented by SMS text messaging to help engage with our client’s customers. We are able to provide as many methods of payment as possible for customers, this includes Direct Debit, card payments, standing order and payments made direct to our clients by their customers.
All of our doorstep visits are conducted using our hand-held device and all visits are recorded, this safe guards our clients’ customers and ensures that all customers are treating fairly no matter what collection stage the account is at.
June 2022 Conexus agreed to purchase Complete Metering Services Ltd, this now allows Conexus to offer and end to end service to our utility clients from PDV stage right through to the warrant stage using our own metering engineers.
