Karl Werner has worked in asset finance for the last 25 years, primarily in Motor Finance where he started his career in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance roles progressing to MD and CEO  positions within two of the market leaders in used vehicle financing. Karl has a passion for meaningful and relevant innovation with an absolute focus upon delivering measurable benefits for customers and shareholders. Having been fortunate to be both a nominee and winner of several awards, Karl is honoured to be a judge this year.
