2022 Women in Credit Awards shortlist unveiled

In its fifth year, the only set of awards that exclusively champion women in credit and financial services will take place on 21 September at The Brewery in London. The event will celebrate inspirational women across the industry, allowing attendees to connect with both c-suite and award-winning individuals. 

More than 150 entries have been shortlisted, forming a competitive field across the nearly 30 categories that make up the event. These will be whittled down to an eventual winner by 11 of the credit industry’s leading figures, including BNP Paribas chief operating officer Claire Moore, Natalie Trist - chief credit officer at Moneybarn - and TSB’s head of credit risk Nisha Babbar. 

Some of the industry’s biggest businesses will be biting their fingernails as they find out who takes home the Employer of the Year awards, while we also discover who are the people to watch out for in the coming years through the Rising Star of the Year awards. 

Alongside this, the evening will recognise those that have gone above and beyond to help guide and support women in the credit industry through the Mentor of Year awards, and reward people coming back to the industry with the Outstanding Returner awards. 

In addition to this, we’ll celebrate an individual who has made a big impact on the credit industry as a whole through the Lifetime Achievement Award, who will be selected exclusively by our judges and the winner of which will be announced on the night.

The ceremony will follow the inaugural in-person Women in Credit Conference, also headline sponsored by Experian, which will provide a forum to address the challenges and opportunities faced in the workplace by women across the credit and financial services industry.
