The definitive index of the most influential individuals in the credit industry, the 2023 Credit 500 has been announced by Credit Strategy.
The list puts together exceptional individuals commanding immense influence across the credit and financial services sector.
Announced today (14 March) at Credit Strategy’s Parliamentary Reception in the Palace of Westminster, the list has been broken down into several subsections:
· Alternative Lending
· Challenger & Neo Banks
· Commercial Finance
· Credit Cards
· Influencers
· Knowledge & Professional Services
· Mortgages
· Motor Finance
· Retail Banks & Building Societies

The Credit 500 is based upon external industry nominations, as well as an internal vetting process to ensure that individuals meet the following criteria:

· Demonstrated best practice;
· Been recognised for their work (through award programmes, not necessarily Credit Strategy’s);
· Helped to educate their peers, whether that be through content contributions, speaking at conferences or webinars, and so on;
· Advocated the promotion of their profession.
As a recognition of their stature, Credit 500 members from creditor companies will receive complimentary Premium Membership of Credit Strategy for a year, including benefits worth up to £6000 per person.
Some of those benefits include:
· Opportunities to raise their profile by authoring content for Credit Strategy;
· Priority invites to judging panels;
· Priority invites to present/speak at the industry’s largest broadcasts and in-person events;
· Access to the Knowledge Hub and our on-demand library;
· 25% discount on conference and broadcast passes;
· 50% discount on award entries.
