The shortlist of Collections & Customer Service Awards candidates has been revealed as the event returns for its 12th year.

Held at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on November 21, the awards recognise the outstanding achievements of those within collections and customer service. The night, which follows immediately after the Collections, Debt Sale & Purchase Conference 2018, will showcase over 50 shortlisted entries from over 30 companies across 13 categories.
Aiming to reflect the exceptional and critical work within the industry, the awards honour professionals with a particular focus on conduct and compliance and include categories such as Agent of the Year, Best Technology Provider – Collections, Best Technology Provider – Credit Risk and Fraud Prevention and Best Customer Service Provider.
The awards are independently judged and culminate in a prestigious black tie dinner and ceremony at The Midland Hotel, providing an excellent forum for celebrating success and unparalleled networking opportunities.
