The cost-of-living crisis, credit risk strategy, and sustainability will be a few of the topics discussed in 2023’s Credit Risk stream, at the Credit Summit 2023, part of Credit Week.
The Credit Risk stream agenda, the first of seven Credit Summit streams, has been revealed today.
The first session will be managing risk through the cost-of-living crisis, delving into the role that credit plays, the ins and outs of long-term planning throughout the crisis, along with exploring the real effect on customers.
The agenda also looks at diversity and analyses how far the industry has come in the past year. A topical and vital discussion within every industry, our expert speakers will delve into the core of the issues surrounding diversity, with a focus on improving diversity in leadership.
The stream will conclude with a CRO (chief risk officer) panel titled: ‘Tackling cost-of-living crisis’. In this informative and eye-opening session, the panel will share their experiences on how they have been handling the cost-of-living crisis, the available support for both customers and employees, as well as how to prepare for future challenges.
