Combining EQ Credit Services’ loan management platform with Flexys’ debt management solution will allow lenders to layer debt management onto their existing servicing engine, creating a unified servicing and collections solution.

This combination is designed to provide better outcomes for customers, enabling them to manage their debt episode online and interact with the lender. The move also aims to provide a closer connection to the customer, which in turn will ultimately lead to a better recovery rate, and improved customer experience.

Commenting on the news, Flexys’ chief revenue officer Ahmed Amin said: “We’re delighted to be joining the EQ Credit Services Partner Ecosystem and to complement EQ’s loan management services with our cutting edge debt management solution.”

EQ Credit Services’ head of partnerships Emily Turner added: “This new partnership will create something unique in the market. Embedding Flexys’ innovative debt management solution into our network of integrated partners will provide customers with access to leading complementary software that supports the entire loan lifecycle.”
