This digital event, taking place on 27 June, will bring together Credit Strategy and its sister brands – TRI Strategy, FSE Media and Reward Strategy – for an afternoon forum to share expertise on topics that are becoming increasingly important for firms to address and manage.

Featuring experts from the likes of Tesco Bank, NewDay, Energy UK and Credit Strategy’s parent company Shard Financial Media, the summit will kick off with a session titled “looking after me”. The broadcast’s host, Reward Strategy deputy editor Victoria Bell, will joined by Havas UK’s people business partner and Shard Financial Media’s Poppy Saccomani to discuss how businesses can ensure they’re making the right choices when it comes to wellbeing and are supported by their employer to ensure they don’t become vulnerable.

The second session of the day, chaired by University of Bristol research fellow and the Money Advice Trust’s vulnerability lead Chris Fitch, and turns the broadcast’s focus on to the consumer. This session will investigate how best to support customers who have fallen on hard times as well as those who aren’t able to make decisions for themselves. It’ll also explore how to identify “the invisibles”.

To discuss this, Fitch will be joined by Tesco Bank’s senior manager on financial wellbeing and customer vulnerability Jo Ellis, Jo Pearson - head of customer outcomes at NewDay - Energy UK’s independent chair on vulnerability Steve Crabb, Thames Water’s director of financial customer care Nina White, Billing Finance’s director of collections and customer experience Sam Challenger and Nationwide’s head of customer vulnerability, accessibility and inclusion Kathryn Townsend.
