How to stay resilient during the cost-of-living crisis will be just one of the topics of conversation at this year’s Car Finance Digital Broadcast.

Taking place on 6 December, and following its successful debut event last year, this online event offers a unique digital broadcasting platform for the car finance industry. Hosted by Credit Strategy, the event provides the whole industry with an end-of-year update and a first look at the most pressing challenges expected in 2023.
Industry leaders from the likes of DSG Financial Services, JBR Capital and Close Brothers will discuss topics such as the importance of data, new subscriptions, and the changing nature of payments and car purchases. The event will also take place in front of a live studio audience.
The broadcast will begin at 2pm, with the first session placing all of its focus on how to stay resilient and positive during the cost-of-living crisis. In this, DSG Financial Services’ chief executive Richard Hoggart, will look at how businesses can best serve their staff and customers, and how to stay afloat during the crisis.
Following a short break, the afternoon will then turn its focus on the changing nature of payments and car purchases, which will compare the UK and US as market leaders and will explore whether or not buy now, pay later will enter the car finance market.
Following this, Nayan Kisnadwala, chief executive of JBR Capital and Close Brothers’ sales director Lisa Watson, will look at subscription models and the changing nature of consumer behaviour and the future of dealerships.
Finishing off the day will see JBR Capital’s founder and executive director Darren Selig and Close Brothers’ managing director Seán Kemple explore the importance of data - which will investigate why it’s important to have data-focused teams internally, and how best to utilise data.
