Digital currencies, staying relevant in the industry and utilising AI to help businesses are all on the agenda for 2023’s Innovation stream, at the Credit Summit 2023, part of Credit Week.
The innovation stream agenda, the third of seven Credit Summit streams, has been revealed today.
Innovation is on the tip of the credit industry’s tongue. With new forms of digital cryptocurrencies shaking the foundations of we think of credit as an industry, and the growing use of AI to streamline the customer-lender relationship, one of the biggest questions asked is where the next innovation will come from.
Therefore, we’ve made sure that our Innovation stream is filled with top notch information, panels and talks. With so much ground to cover, the innovation stream is a must-attend in order to gain unique and fresh perspectives from industry experts.
Our first session on the agenda will be “How FinTech’s help financial institutions stay relevant”, diving into innovation in the world of digital banking, as well as talking about how banks and credit unions are preparing themselves to innovate for the modern industry.
The agenda also looks at diversity and analyses how far the industry has come in the past year. A topical and vital discussion within every industry, our expert speakers will delve into the core of the issues surrounding diversity, with a focus on improving diversity in leadership.
The stream will conclude with a CRO (chief risk officer) panel titled: ‘Tackling cost-of-living crisis’. In this informative and eye-opening session, the panel will share their experiences on how they have been handling the cost-of-living crisis, the available support for both customers and employees, as well as how to prepare for future challenges.
