Credit Strategy revealed the winners of the Collections & Customer Service (CCS) Awards, and the Utilities & Telecoms (U&T) Awards sponsored by Just, last night.

The awards took place at the Vulnerability Awareness Gala, sponsored by Experian, which had a new interactive digital format and was the final awards of the Credit Festival.
The CCS Awards, and the U&T Awards, sponsored by Just. The enforcement integrator, captured the unprecedented level of support the industry is providing and publicly recognised and celebrated the work.
The independent judging panel for the awards was comprised of directors and executives working in roles across collections, credit risk, vulnerability and recoveries in firms such as Barclays, United Utilities, NatWest Group, British Gas, Lloyds Banking Group and Shell Energy.
The awards were hosted by Zoe Lyons, famed for her appearances on Mock the Week and Live at the Apollo.
In recognition of the tough year it’s been, Credit Strategy added two new categories. Best Use of Technology – Business Continuity which was awarded to Webio and Best Vulnerable Customer Support Initiative – Covid-19 which was awarded to United Utilities Water.
The big winner of the night was Yorkshire Water, which walked away with Best Conduct and Culture and Water Team of the Year – Collections. Financial Wellness Group also did very well, taking away Best Customer Service Provider and its own Lauren Kennedy won Agent of the Year.
