In its 14th year, the Credit Summit will be returning as an in-person event for the first time since 2019 and will be focused on steering a path through the uncertain times the industry and society is operating in.
Taking place at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London on 23 March, it forms part of Credit Week - which is taking place between 21 and 25 March. The largest gathering of credit professionals in Europe, the week will also feature a Parliamentary Reception, Women in Credit TV, a series of invite-only C-suite dinners and a new awards programme in the form of The Leadership Awards.
Among the sessions at the Credit Summit, delegates will hear an update from the Financial Conduct Authority’s interim director of retail lending, Brian Corr. As well as this, there will be a fireside chat with HSBC’s chief risk officer Cyrille Salle de Chou.
Delegates at the summit will also hear from the CCTA’s chief executive Jason Wassell, Equifax’s chief data and analytics officer Paul Haywood and OFGEM’s head of retail market policy Meghna Tewari.
Additionally, those attending the Collections stream will hear a session on squeezed budgets in 2022, while those at the Credit Risk stream will explore ways to tackle managing risk in uncertainty.
The summit will also feature invite-only roundtables that will bring together Credit Strategy’s premium members to break down the biggest challenges in credit risk, collections and commercial roles. To find out more about how to become a Credit Strategy member, click here.
