Paragon Bank has strengthened its Motor Finance team with the promotion of Stewart Younger to Senior Regional Sales Manager
Stewart will be responsible for Scotland and North/Northeast of England and will report to Geoff Duncalf, national sales manager at Paragon Motor Finance. Stewart will work closely with Paragon’s existing customers to help add value to their businesses and maximise Paragon’s footprint across his regions through new business opportunities.
Stewart’s promotion to senior regional sales manager is in recognition of his excellent performance since joining Paragon Bank and his commitment to the growth of the business.
In this new role, Stewart will be responsible for providing his customers with the highest level of account management in the motor finance sector, adding value to their business. He will also focus on engaging with new partnerships across his territory to build new relationships with both dealers and brokers in the Motor, LCV and Leisure markets. Along with Stewart’s existing responsibilities he will also oversee the induction of new staff alongside Geoff Duncalf.
Younger commented: “I am delighted”, continuing: “I love how varied my role is at Paragon, and I enjoy visiting the many different types of customers and people we support. No two days are the same!”
Younger added: “We have seen some fantastic results in the last 12 months”. Looking forward, Younger concluded: “I hope we can continue to build on our strong relationships, in what is expected to be a very important time for the industry.”
Duncalf added: “I am delighted Stewart has been promoted to the newly created role of Senior Regional Sales Manager, which is recognition for his hard work over the last three years supporting his customers and developing his territory.”
