The shortlist for this year’s Vulnerability Awareness Gala, featuring the Utilities & Telecoms (U&T) Awards, sponsored by Just, and the Collections & Customer Service (CCS) Awards, has been revealed.

Hosted at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on 24 November, the event - also sponsored by Lantern and ALPHERA Financial Services - will celebrate those who have supported vulnerable customers throughout the pandemic.
Industry giants such as Lantern, Experian, Atom Bank, Lloyds Banking and Deloitte are all in condition for the 18 awards up for grabs on the night, competing in categories such as Utilities Team of the Year, Best Conduct & Culture, Best Vulnerable Customer Support Team, and Vulnerability Champion.
