The Credit Strategy event, sponsored by Cabot, Flexys and Alphera Financial Services, took place on the evening of the Collections & Vulnerability Summit at The Midland Hotel in Manchester.
The gala brought together collections teams across financial services, the public sector, energy, water and telecoms to recognise, celebrate and reflect on achievements during the difficult year that the country has faced.
British Gas, PayPlan and Lowell Financial were just some of the winners at this year’s gala, all taking home well deserved awards.

The evening’s festivities were kicked off by Shard Financial Media CEO Luke Broadhurst, before he handed over the hosting duties to renowned comedian Emmanuel Sonubi who had the audience in tears with his witty observational comedy.
In addition this, Denise Crossley, CEO of Lantern, delivered a loving tribute to her late friend Matt Subert. A titan of the industry, he is and will be truly missed.
The Vulnerability Awareness Gala also supported Shooting Star Children’s Hospices through a silent auction, which raised over £1000.
