Women in Credit conference 2023 launched

Following an outstanding launch last year, the Women in Credit Conference will be back again to put a spotlight on female representation at every level in businesses across the credit spectrum.

The conference will be a forum addressing the challenges and opportunities faced in the workplace by incredible women across the entire credit and financial services industry.

Credit Strategy are dedicated to platforming the vital discussion of gender equality within the industry through a three-pronged Women in Credit portfolio: The Women in Credit Conference & Awards, as well as Women in Credit TV, a live broadcast which took place on 13 March.

The conference agenda, featuring speakers from companies such as HSBC, BNP Paribas and Novuna, will address topics such as diversity as a regulatory concern, the gender pay gap, as well as a panel focussing on the responsibility of the industry to pave the way for future generations of female leaders.
