Lynsey Schofield

Lynsey is currently the Risk Director at Tesco Bank, covering financial and non-financial risks, and is the Executive Sponsor of the LGBTQ+ network. Lynsey has 20 years’ experience in risk and has held a number of leadership roles across retail and commercial credit sectors, consumer finance, wealth and asset finance. Prior to joining Tesco Bank, Lynsey was Credit Risk Director at Lloyds Banking Group across Motor Finance, Business Banking and Wealth, leading transformational change and strategic business growth. She was also a member of the Supervisory Board for LBG’s European arm headquartered in Berlin, setting strategy for the European businesses and overseeing the Management Board. Before Lloyds, Lynsey held a range of roles in Barclays, HSBC and GE Capital. Lynsey is a Mathematics graduate from Imperial College London.
