Matt Handley joined Handelsbanken as Chief Risk Officer in May 2020 and is responsible for leading the Bank’s risk function, defining and overseeing the risk strategies for the bank, 
encompassing policy, governance, frameworks, analysis and insights. Matt’s career in the banking industry started in 2001, and has since undertaken a variety of roles in commercial and retail 
banking in the UK, specialising in Credit and Risk Management. Matt is executive sponsor of Handelsbanken's Inclusion and Diversity strategy.
