After graduating from University, I started my career in Debt Management. I then moved on and settled at Barclays where I spent 10 years leading teams and departments across Customer Services, Complaints and finally Mortgages. After some time away from work to be with my new-born daughter, I joined NewDay in late 2019. I’m currently Team Leader of the Customer Care Admin team based in Leeds. I’m passionate about making my team and NewDay in general a great place to work where colleagues can feel supported and encouraged to be themselves.
