Paula has been Head of Intermediary Lending - Mortgages & Commercial at Atom bank, the UK's first app-based bank, since September 2019. She started as a Regional Business Development Manager back in 2015 and was instrumental in helping set up the Mortgage Lending Department. Paula graduated in 1997 from Sunderland University with a BA Hons in Media & Communication Studies. Paula has over 20 years of management experience and has held roles in retail, utilities and financial services.
