Phil Basford

Phil has 35 years’ experience of working in retail financial services, the majority of which have specialised in all aspect of collections and recoveries. He is currently Head of Recoveries for the Aldermore/MotoNovo Group and previously worked at Nationwide Building Society where he held a series of executive positions building/leading Planning & Support, Supplier Management, Operations and Strategy departments in the Group Collections & Recoveries function.
