Code of Conduct

 

 

We are thrilled to have you as our guest at our upcoming event and want to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for everyone.

 

Please adhere to the following code of conduct:

 

Respectful Behaviour

  • Treat all attendees, organisers, and staff with kindness and respect. 

  • Avoid offensive language, discriminatory remarks, or any behaviour that may make others uncomfortable. 

  • Harassment in any form is unlawful and will not be tolerated.  

  • Remain mindful of those with accessibility requirements and additional needs. 

 

Professional Attire

  • Dress in a manner appropriate for a corporate event. 

  • Please adhere to specified dress codes for awards and note that cultural attire is welcomed. 

 

Cell Phone Etiquette

  • Silence or set your mobile devices to vibrate during the sessions and awards ceremony. 

  • If you need to take a call, kindly step outside the main event area. 

 

Punctuality

  • Arrive on time to show respect for the event and fellow attendees. 

  • If you need to leave early, do so discreetly to minimise disruption. 

 

Photography and Videography 

  • Respect the privacy of others by seeking permission before taking photos or videos. 

  • Follow any guidelines provided by the event organizers regarding capturing moments. 

 

Networking and Socialising 

  • Engage in conversations and networking opportunities with a positive and open mindset. 

  • Be inclusive and welcoming to all attendees, fostering a sense of community. 

  • Maximise on the networking!  

 

Food and Beverage 

  • Consume food and beverages in designated areas only. 

  • Notify event staff of any dietary restrictions or allergies well in advance to ensure you are catered for. 

 

Compliance with Local Laws

  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the event.  

  • Comply with our anti-harassment policy.  

 

Event Materials 

  • Treat event materials and decorations with care and respect. 

  • Refrain from removing or tampering with any event or venue-related items. 

 

Feedback and Concerns

  • If you have any feedback or concerns, please address them with the event manager in a constructive and timely manner. 

 

By attending the event, you agree to abide by this code of conduct.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
