Determined to see change, a panel of driven professionals will be debating challenges faced by women in the industry, including board representation, gender pay, imposter syndrome as well as how to support the next generation.

The live TV broadcast will provide industry benchmarking and first-hand insight into addressing inequality - posing the question, what is the goal and how to we achieve this?

Women in Credit supported by Credit Strategy

At Credit Strategy we are determined to support and see change, making financial services an inclusive environment for women. Which began with our Women in Credit Awards, seeing the industry come together to champion women and put a spotlight on female representation at every level in businesses across the credit spectrum.

This year we are expanding with the introduction of Women in Credit TV. Uniting the industry, this platform will lead the conversation to discuss a range of issues that have gender diversity at its heart. We are not stopping there – diversity and inclusion is a key focus across our Credit Strategy events, ensuring wider issues are challenged and addressed.
