Taking place in-person at The Midland in Manchester, the summit will once again be split into two conferences - the Collections, Debt Sale and Purchase (CDSP) Conference, sponsored by Lantern, and the Utilities & Telecoms (U&T) Conference, sponsored by Just.
The CDSP Conference will predominantly focus on how businesses can best support vulnerable consumers post-pandemic. The U&T Conference, meanwhile, will explore how the industry can best cope with the current energy crisis, and the consideration into the fear around debt sale in the industry also featuring.
Speakers across the summit will include some of the industry’s leading players, including Lantern chief executive Denise Crossly, Shell Energy’s head of credit and collections Simon Bell, Nationwide’s head of member vulnerability, access and inclusion, Laura Tough and Arum chief executive Andrew Pritchard.

Straight after the summit, The Midland will play host to the Vulnerability Awareness Gala, featuring the Collections & Customer Service (CCS) Awards and the Utilities & Telecoms Awards, sponsored by Just.
The event will give the industry the chance to recognise professionals for their exceptional and critical work across credit collections, working in financial services, energy, water, telecoms and public sectors.
