These streams are two of seven that will take place during the summit, an all-day event taking place on 23 March 2022. The largest gathering of its kind in Europe, it will bring together the country’s leading experts from across the credit and financial services industry for a period of learning, networking and celebrating.
Returning as an in-person event for the first time since 2019, 2022 will be the 14th edition of the Credit Summit and comes off the back of the successful online summit which took place earlier this year.
The event will provide the industry with an opportunity for the credit industry to gather for the first time in over a year, and share knowledge and experience as to how to return to growth after being hit by the pandemic.
The collections stream of the Credit Summit will begin with a focus on the progression of technology used to aide customer self-service, before moving on to look at the entire collections ecosystem and affordability fairness.
Affordability will also be a key topic during the U&T stream, which will host panels on digital transformation and the race to net zero.
