#WiCConference

Striving for equality through Empowerment, Awareness and Allyship

At the Women in Credit Conference, we spotlight female representation at every level within the industry and address the challenges and opportunities faced by incredible women across the entire credit and financial services sectors.

Our commitment to fostering professional growth extends through our initiatives to promote mentoring and networking groups. This year we have carved out space on the agenda to focus on the next generation of men and women in Credit, and to ensure that no aspiring leader misses out, we are offering half-price tickets to professionals under 30.

We also understand the importance of male allies in driving systemic change and warmly invite them to join our collaborative effort towards achieving true gender equality in the financial services sector.

Credit Strategy championing gender diversity

Uniting the industry, this platform will lead the conversation to discuss a range of issues that have gender diversity at its heart. We are not stopping there – diversity and inclusion is a key focus across our Credit Strategy events, ensuring wider issues are challenged and addressed.

At Credit Strategy  we are determined to support change, making financial services an inclusive environment for women. This year will be the third edition of the Women in Credit Conference and we will be adding a particular focus onto the importance of allies within the workplace and how they can help their peers.
